Feather breath

The feather-wind of your breath is pale beneath your
scale of steel and sorrow of your play – play my child,
my daughter, my lover, play as you have never played
before, for the time has come for you to run wild at heart,
wild at feet, willing to love and be loved , willing to embrace
desire and fire but the choire of angels desire your breath,
your feathery breath, your final
dance of death.

Lying dead in my arms your charms flicker and fade,
quicker then a storm of arms built by a master clocker,
”tick-tack,tick-tack” your feather runs down smooth and
your tears dry as they fall down – I frown and hold you
in my arms.

“Don’t you die on me, I haven`t given thee my eyes to
see the world as I desire it to be!”, I cried to her but her
final breath gave way to her final smile and then she faded
away, gray as the wind astray, “Just stay one more eternity
close to me”, I prayed.

But the Heavens opened and I saw her soul diving to
the skies, “Arise, my lover, don`t cry! I’m not dead, I`m just
passing by, through this portal I shall fly, I`ll wait for you to die
and then we both shall lie and make love up there, in the sky!”, she
whispered coldly touching my eye.
I laied her body down. I stood and cried – with her I buried
my lies, my disguise. And when I have arised, the skies looked
upon me and the rain came down heavily on mine soul.

I still wonder astray nowaday in a world far away, I still
ask people “Do you know a girl which has a breath as pale
as the wind, do you know a girl which never sinned, and her
soul is as white as a feather, alas, so
thinned?”
